The VacuVin system is a simple vacuum pump and a vacuum operated bottle stopper. Place the moistened stopper in the wine bottle and pump out the air with the hand pump. When a 'click' is heard, sufficient air has been removed to prevent the wine from oxidizing. The clicker is built into the hand pump.
Days later the wine is still fresh. Pull the stopper and you will hear the air rush back into the bottle. How simple and inexpensive.
Most VacuVin packages come with two or four stoppers.
