We have several of these and love them. They keep wine cold a long time and are so easy to use. The gel hold the chill a long time and there is no drippy condensation to deal with. A friend admired ours so we bought her this one as a gift.
The manufacturer claims that the sleeve will actually chill wine. I wouldn't count on it and we don't use ours for that purpose. But for keeping wine cold without the mess of an ice bucket, these cannot be topped.

Keep your wine cool with this attractive Rapid Ice wine cooler. The amazing Rapid Ice is best described as a super cold flexible ice jacket which, when taken from the freezer, simply slips over the bottle of wine, chilling it in just 5 minutes and keeping it ice cold for hours. The secret to Rapid Ice is a very special non-toxic gel, multiple foil layers and foam pouches to maximize insulation. It is reusable and unbreakable. The art work on the cooler is done by Guy Buffet, one of Americas most popular artists. Made in the Netherlands by Vacu Vin. 6.5 inchesStore this reusable cooler in the freezer at all times and it is always ready to pull out and chill bottles of wine or sparkling water. The cooler is made of a durable plastic and has six "pockets" that are filled with Rapid Ice solution, which freezes quickly.
