This tool makes slicing mushrooms either in small or large quantity easy and consistant. Mushrooms need to be firm and not too large for the tool to work well. I enjoy using it.

The slice and catch slices fruit and vegetables by pressing the cup with slicing blades down on top of the pieces and catching the slices in the container.
